Impact of High School Quality on Long-Term Student Outcomes

The Program on Education Policy and Governance Colloquium Series was initiated in the spring of 2004 to foster an interest in education research within the Harvard community by inviting top scholars from across the country to present their recent research findings in an open discussion with colloquium attendees.

PEPG welcomes John Papay, Walter and Leonore Annenberg Professor of Education Policy and director of Annenberg Institute, to discuss the extent to which students' outcomes are prescribed by the quality of their secondary education. Papay's presentation will be followed by a Q&A moderated James Peyser, former Massachusetts Secretary of Education.
