The Casteless Caucus at HKS is hosting a screening of the documentary, 'India Untouched: Stories of a People Apart' (2007) by director Stalin K, on Monday, 18 November from 4:30 to 6:45 PM in Belfer-400 Land Lecture Hall.
The documentary exposes the enduring and insidious realities of caste discrimination in various religions and communities in India. Through personal stories, capturing many 'firsts-on-film', it highlights the struggles of marginalized communities and challenges the nation's progress toward equality.
The Casteless Caucus at HKS aims to advance caste justice in South Asia and in South Asian diasporic communities.
