M-RCBG Senior Fellow Omar Robles will host Sanya Sukduang and Jonathan Davies to discuss U.S. policies promoting the development of novel life-saving drugs while simultaneously increasing accessibility. The panel will address the policy considerations that gave rise to Hatch-Waxman and the BPCIA, how those considerations have played out in practice, and whether the statutory schemes have achieved their goals.
