Learn how to balance pathos, logos, and ethos when you speak to become a better leader.
The Big 3 moving parts of public speaking are logos – influencing your listeners’ thinking or understanding, pathos – connecting with listeners’ emotions, and ethos – moving listeners to act as your leadership qualities resonate with them. The ability to use and balance pathos, logos, and ethos when you speak won’t make you a leader, but you can’t be one without it.
