In our first LAPA workshop we will learn how to use the Problem Driven Iterative Adaptation (PDIA) toolkit designed by Building State Capability to guide the process of solving complex problems while building capability. In this workshop we will be looking at a real problem in Latin America and we will engage in a learning by doing experience.
