Datawrapper is an accessible and professional web-based tool for making charts and maps. This workshop demonstrates its user-friendly interface and powerful features. Participants are encouraged to bring their own data to visualization.

First, we review design principle for choosing among varies chart types to select a design that fits the data and the audience.

Then we will practice hands-on exercise to build tables, graphs, charts, and maps whose data can be stored and edited in Google Sheets. No previous experience with data visualization necessary.
