​The 10th Annual Nutrition and Global Health Symposium, Food Systems as Drivers of Optimal Nutrition and Health, will explore opportunities and challenges in building a food system that delivers a healthy diet to meet the double burden of malnutrition, with emphasis on animal and plant source foods as sources for adequate protein and micronutrients.
