Pathways to Empowerment for Black Leaders

Led by Dr. Robert Livingston, this session is designed to introduce Black leaders, and those working for their success, to his newly developed framework for personal and professional empowerment. Featured in his forthcoming book and upcoming Executive Education program, the framework lays out and explores three pathways that individuals can follow – Play the Game, Change the Game or Leave the Game – to navigate their professional journeys and strengthen their organizations and communities.
