This panel will feature expert practitioners working on peace processes across the globe, including Devanna De La Puente of the UN Verification Mission in Colombia, Khatuna Salukvadze of the Harvard Advanced Leadership Initiative, and Rachel Gasser of the Berghof Foundation. It will be moderated by Alex McAuliff, doctoral candidate at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. Participants will reflect on their experiences navigating gender dynamics in the negotiation and mediation process, the implementation of gender provisions, and the connections between advancing gender equality and transforming violent conflict.
