He engages with the leadership of several FTSE100 and Fortune500 companies to leverage quantitative D, E, and I data, training on anti-racism and inclusive leadership, and behavioral science-based tools for how to mitigate biases in the workplace to embed DEI into organizational strategy. Stephanie Fernandez, MPP’22, works as an Associate at Goldman Sachs working on the firm's strategy in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. While at HKS, she was a fellow at the Center for Public Leadership, served as Chief Finance Officer for the Black Policy Conference, and interned at the World Bank with the Latin America and Caribbean countries gender team.. Pina Valeria Roos, EE23, is an internationally experienced professional in talent management with a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion in the international public sector.  Currently, Pina leads on DEI as it relates to strategic talent acquisition across the United Nations Secretariat.
