Join the Project on Workforce for a conversation with Visiting Fellow Jerry Rubin, former CEO of one of the nation’s leading workforce development organizations. Jerry will share insights from his latest research, Addressing the Labor Shortage in Massachusetts: Engaging Untapped Talent, which explores the immense untapped potential of low-wage workers in the state. Drawing on decades of experience as the leader of Jewish Vocational Services, Jerry will discuss innovative strategies for policymakers, employers, and workforce development practitioners to promote economic mobility for workers facing barriers to advancement and meet the needs of businesses in our regional economy.
