As governments increasingly act as strategic investors in innovation, a fundamental question arises: when public risk generates extraordinary private gains, should the state capture a greater share of the upside? This seminar will be given by John Haigh, M-RCBG Co-Director, and Edoardo Campanella, M-RCBG Research Fellow and Director and Chief Editor of the UniCredit Investment Institute.
It will take place in Wexner 434AB for those with an HUID who wish to attend in person. Others may join us remotely via Zoom. Lunch will be served.
M-RCBG welcomes individuals with disabilities to participate in its programs. To request accommodations or ask questions about access provided, please email mrcbg@hks.harvard.edu.
