Regulating Drug Exclusivity in the Marketplace (U.S. Pharmaceutical Regulation: Understanding the Policy, Law and Economics,)

​M-RCBG Senior Fellow Omar Robles will host Dr. Ryan O’Quinn (via Zoom) for  overview of how small molecule drug exclusivity is regulated in the U.S. We will also discuss some recent congressional activity in pharmaceutical patents, focusing on new federal and state legislation; the FDA’s recent policy changes; and discuss salient trends in the practices of pharmaceutical firms.
