Secretary Miguel Cardona Study Group: Policy Development is Like Jazz—Improvised

Study Group with Secretary Miguel Cardona: Policy Development is Like Jazz: Improvised

This reflection on how the best laid out policy plans often take an unexpected turn. It requires nimble movements from leaders, and the ability to adapt to the ever-changing needs that present themselves. We will also explore the softer side of diplomacy–jazz. We are honored to hear stories of how American music can serve as International Diplomacy from an American Icon.
