Join the Behavioral Insights Student Group (BISG) for a workshop with Amira Boland, former lead for the Federal Customer Experience in the US Office of Management and Budget. During this workshop, Amira will discuss how to apply a service design mindset to improve public services. She will cover how her team integrated behavioral science, impact evaluation, customer & user experience, product management and Agile development methods to improve the services of more than 35 entities across government and build public trust. This workshop is only open to Harvard University students.
