Speakers Dr. Jim O’ConnellPresident, Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program; Assistant Professor of Medicine, Harvard Medical School, and Derek Winbush, Health & Homelessness Advocate; Consumer Representative,Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program, will explore the challenges and opportunities of these approaches, and how BHCHP’s model for embedding consumer leadership into organizational decision-making has transformed policies, practices, and outcomes across the organization.
