Stories Are What Save Us: How to Write Effectively about Trauma

David Chrisinger will discuss a variety of frameworks, strategies, and tools that can be used by anyone who has ever experienced trauma or wants to write better about catastrophe and crisis—particularly people with a deep need to share that experience and what they’ve learned in a way that leads to connection and understanding. As seasoned writer, editor, and teacher, Chrisinger will also explore both the difficulties inherent in writing about trauma and the techniques for doing so in a compelling way.
