Study Group with Ambassador Nathalie Rayes: The Nonlinear Path to Leadership

In this opening session, Ambassador Nathalie Rayes will share her nonlinear journey across government, the private sector, civil society, advocacy, and diplomacy, and the lessons each chapter taught her about leading. The conversation will introduce three themes that will guide us throughout the semester: embracing the uncomfortable, embracing a nonlinear path, and practicing principled leadership. We’ll also explore how we move beyond the labels, titles, and expectations that can define us, and what it means to lead when the path ahead is not a straight line.
