Continuation Or Capitulation? The Quandary for Ukraine
When thousands of Russian tanks rolled across Ukraine's border on Feb. 24, 2022, many military observers and defense analysts expected Moscow's troops to quickly rout the Ukrainian army. That didn't happen. Ukraine has managed to put up a gallant fight, largely with the help of U.S. weaponry and financial support. But today, with Russia's military making territorial gains and the new administration in Washington signaling that the flow of arms and financial assistance to Kyiv could soon stop, is Ukraine about to be forced to capitulate and what will be the consequences for Europe?
