Winning the Ad War: How Hard Money and Soft Money Join Forces
In this session, we will hear from two of the top campaign strategists for U.S. House Republicans: Micah Yousefi, the Executive Director of U.S. House Republicans’ campaign arm, and Chris Winkelman, the President of the largest Super PAC on the Republican side devoted to U.S. House races.
Yousefi and Winkelman will give a behind-the-scenes look into strategies the Republican Party and its top Super PAC have historically utilized to deliver a Republican Majority in the U.S. House—with a particular focus on the advertising war between parties. In a campaign ecosystem where cash is king, they’ll provide expert insights into the role that parties and outside groups play (within legal limits) and will explain how Republicans can keep control of the U.S. House after the 2026 midterms.
GUESTS: Micah Yousefi, Executive Director of the National Republican Congressional Committee, and Chris Winkelman, President of Congressional Leadership Fund and American Action Network.
AUDIENCE: These conversations are open to members of the Harvard community. Please RSVP with a valid Harvard email address.
