The vast majority of workers in the U.S. do not have the benefit of a union. Many are workers of color in parts of the country with the lowest labor standards and hostility to organizing and enforcement. Immigrant workers face particular vulnerabilities. What does the world look like for these workers in the months and years ahead? What do the answers mean for workers and our economy?
