UK's Digital Markets, Competition, and Consumers Act came into force at the beginning of the year. This legislation provides expanded powers to the Competition & Markets Authority (CMA) regarding merger control, digital markets, competition and consumer protection. What are the implications for big tech around the world?

Gene Kimmelman, M-RCBG Senior Fellow and former Deputy Associate Attorney General, Office of the Associate Attorney General, U.S. Department of Justice, leads a discussion on these important changes to the global digital regulation landscape.

HUID holders may attend in person in Wexner 434AB. Lunch will be served. All others may join online.
