Led by Gene Kimmelman, former ​Deputy Associate Attorney General, Office of the Associate Attorney General, U.S. Department of Justice;  Senior Research Fellow, M-RCBG.

With special guest, Philip Marsden (via Zoom). Dr. Marsden is an expert in competition law who serves as Professor of Law and Economics at the College of Europe, Bruges. He worked for a decade at the UK competition authority, including on mergers, market investigations and antitrust cases. Among other responsibilities, Dr. Marsden serves as Deputy Chair of the Bank of England's Enforcement Decision Making Committee. Check out his rap on competition.
