​Join us for a discussion of ‘A Thousand Cuts’ with a panel featuring Maria Ressa, 2021 Nobel Peace Prize winner, co-founder and CEO of Rappler.com, Fall 2021 Shorenstein Center Fellow, and Center for Public Leadership Hauser Leader, and moderated by Kathy Pham, Shorenstein Center and Rita Allen Foundation Fellow.

This panel discussion will be streamed virtually. Limited in-person spots for the event, held on the HKS campus, are available for HUID holders on a first come first served basis.

About the film: Nowhere is the worldwide erosion of democracy, fueled by social media disinformation campaigns, more starkly evident than in the authoritarian regime of Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte.
