Round 1: Seminar: The Urge to Merge: Implications for Big Tech

This hybrid seminar, part of our Technology & Regulation Series, looks at the history of merger enforcement, the new merger guidelines, and implications for big tech.

Led by two experts in the field: Jonathan Sallet, former general counsel of the Federal Communications Commission and Senior Research Fellow, M-RCBG, and Nancy Rose, Charles P. Kindleberger Professor in the MIT Economics Department, and Visiting Scholar, M-RCBG.
