An overview of how the Drug Price Competition and Patent Term Restoration Act has affected pharmaceutical innovation, competition, and given rise to so-called “Reverse Payment” or "Pay-for-Delay" settlement agreements.  We will explore the many questions surrounding these agreements, the pivotal ruling of the U.S. Supreme Court, the law and economics of settling patent cases, and other recent developments.
