Using "Justice Enterprises" to Heal Communities Panel

This event highlights organizations working at the intersection of employment and justice—supporting people affected by trafficking, incarceration, addiction, and other systemic harms. “Justice Enterprises” is a term these organizers use to describe themselves, focusing not on advocacy or policy alone, but on creating dignified work for those often excluded from the labor market.

Join Becca Stevens, founder of Thistle Farms, and Father Gregory Boyle, founder of Homeboy Industries, in conversation with Brittany Butler, Harvard Kennedy School faculty and Executive Director of the Social Innovation and Change Initiative. Together with members of their communities, they’ll explore how intentionally designed workplaces can foster healing, independence, and community change.
