In the context of achieving workplace gender equality, research and practice has tended to focus on the barriers faced by women. In this seminar, Michelle will shift the focus to look at three barriers faced by those enacting change: (1) complacency, (2) misdiagnosis of the problem, and (3) backlash and resistance. Michelle will discuss emerging evidence and implications for researchers and practitioners.
