Artificial Intelligence has the potential to revolutionize health care delivery. From eliminating paperwork and freeing up doctors' time to work with patients, to identifying novel treatments for disease, the promise of this technology is monumental.
At the same time, several obstacles stand in the way to wider adoption of A.I. tools. Professor Soroush Saghafian, director and founder of the Public Impact Analytics Science Lab at Harvard Kennedy School, is working on solutions, in partnership with the Mayo Clinic, that would improve the design of these tools.
Professor Saghafian's research and work with the Public Impact Analytics Science Lab is devoted to advancing and applying the science of analytics for solving societal problems that can have public impact.
