The Office of Career Advancement maintains a rich job bank of full-time, summer internship, fellowship, part-time, contract, and pro-bono opportunities. These listings target our community and the Harvard Kennedy school training. Our graduates have access to our job bank throughout their careers and we proactively advertise new postings to our current students each week, in addition to offering them full access at all times.

We invite you to register in JACK: Jobs and Careers for the Kennedy School, our job bank and career management system. Once registered as a employer, you can:

  • Post jobs and internships for current students and alumni
  • Get system reminders as jobs are close to expiration
  • Collect applications through the systeme if you so desire
  • Publicize your organization and its work to our community
  • Schedule briefings and interviews on campus
  • Browse student resumes

Getting Started with JACK

Employers are invited to access JACK for Employers (registration/login required). To establish an account:

  1. Use your work email address to create an account and secure a password.
  2. Register for access to services, indicating specific areas of interest to you and your organization.
  3. Be aware that your name and contact information will be viewable to OCA staff only, unless you specify otherwise.
  4. Refer to the JACK User Guide for Employers in the OCA Document Library or contact us with any question either by email or through the feedback window on your JACK homepage.

Accounts will be approved in one to three business days.
