Several Harvard Kennedy School graduates have continued their collaboration beyond the HKS walls. Andrew Fraker MPA-ID 2011, Neil Buddy Shah MD/MPA-ID 2012, Esther Hsu Wang MBA/MPA 2010 and Paul Wang MBA/MPA-ID 2011 are the Founding Partners of IDinsight, a non-profit organization. This year, Ronald Abraham MPA-ID 2011 also joined the IDinsight team to lead India operations.

"IDinsight's vision is to change the way the social sector innovates, learns and improves," says Esther Hsu Wang. “We provide policymakers with rigorous evidence to make informed program decisions and have greater social impact." IDinsight works on site with organizations to efficiently and rigorously evaluate program variations before the client decides which model to scale.

IDinsight is currently working with governments, NGOs and social businesses in a variety of sectors, including governance, health, sanitation and education. Recent projects include informing national health policies in Zambia; evaluating models designed to reduce corruption and improve child nutrition for a $200 million a year government program in India; and optimizing the pricing of low-cost latrines for a nationwide sanitation initiative in Cambodia.

"Our approach integrates evidence generation and managerial decision-making into one cohesive package to improve at-scale impact,” said Wang.

Meet the 2012 Echoing Green Fellows Echoing Green — After a rigorous six-month evaluation process, Echoing Green is thrilled to unleash thirty-six visionaries with ideas so bold and convictions so strong they could shake the world.

Like the more than 500 Echoing Green Fellows who came before them, these solutionists strive to spark social movements.
