Leadership for System Change: Delivering Social Impact at Scale
Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship, Harvard Executive Education Module
From March 14–21, 2026, the Social Innovation + Change Initiative (SICI) and Executive Education at Harvard Kennedy School and the Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship will convene an in-person executive education module designed exclusively for the Schwab community. This program brings together the expertise of world-class faculty and the experience of a global network of social entrepreneurs to create a practitioner-oriented curriculum. Participants will deepen their understanding of systems change, explore strategies to scale impact, and strengthen the leadership skills needed to accelerate their efforts.
The program is chaired by Professor Julie Battilana, the Joseph C. Wilson Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School and the Alan L. Gleitsman Professor of Social Innovation at Harvard Kennedy School, where she is also the Founder and Faculty Chair of SICI.

As a social entrepreneur, you often have your face down looking at a problem. Here it was possible to look from a distance and have a better point of view to see what is really going on. I will take away many insights about how to promote systems change.
Gisela Maria Bernardes Solymos, General Manager, CREN
