The Office of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (ODIB) supports, advocates for, and advises staff, students, and faculty members in the Harvard Kennedy School community. The office works collaboratively across HKS centers, programs, and departments to create accountability, build competency, and mobilize the community toward a more inclusive future.
