SLATE produced the Flipping Kit, a "do-it-yourself" website guide for faculty on flipped classroom pedagogy. This HILT-funded guide is designed to help faculty create their own flipped learning materials with familiar technologies and tools. The kit walks faculty through the pedagogical approach of flipping class content and guides them in piloting this technique. The kit discusses how to select content to flip, create multimedia materials, host materials in Canvas, collect learning data, and capitalize on freed-up class time. Though the kit focuses on faculty experiences at the Harvard Kennedy School, it may be useful to faculty and staff beyond HKS, and is publicly accessible.
