Pam Cozza
Pam Cozza is the Chief Human Resources Officer and has been supporting the Harvard Kennedy School community as a Human Resources professional since 2005. In her current role, she directs and collaborates on activities that help provide a positive employment experience and engage our talented staff who are essential to advancing the Harvard Kennedy School’s mission. She is responsible for managing all aspects of the School’s human resources function for staff and works closely with leadership on strategic human resources initiatives, policy development, organizational design, talent acquisition and management, compensation, professional development, and labor relations. Pam is a member of several university-wide committees and also serves as a Title IX Resources Coordinator, providing support, consultation, and implementation of programming and prevention efforts for the Kennedy School community. Before coming to Harvard, Pam served in various human resources positions at Bank of America, where she managed a team and led a series of projects including the introduction of new benefits and re-engineering HR shared services. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from SUNY Potsdam.
