Debra Iles is senior associate dean for executive education at Harvard Kennedy School. She provides administrative leadership for all executive programs - on campus, online, and offsite. She is a member of the HKS Faculty Steering Committee and the MPA Admissions Committee, as well as a leader in the University-wide non-degree programs initiative. Debra joined HKS Executive Education in 2005 as the director for planning, administration and finance following a career in the nonprofit sector. From 2001 to 2005 she served as the chief operating officer for the National Initiative for Children’s Healthcare Quality. She has also served in various roles at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, and as a management consultant for Deloitte & Touche in Philadelphia. Debra earned an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree in Government from Harvard College. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Charles River Conservancy.
