Please be sure to backup any information from OneDrive or your email account prior to the January 4, 2019 deadline. Any information not saved will be irretrievable following the January 4, 2019 deadline. The Tech Checklist for Graduating Students provides documentation on how to save your email and contacts.
If you need assistance with your email account, please contact the IT Service Center by phone (617-495-DESK), walk-up (Belfer G-6), or email (firstname.lastname@example.org). The Service Center will be open until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 21, 2018, and reopen again on January 2, 2019, at 8:00 a.m.
Below are directions on how to set up your Harvard alumni email address (@alumni.harvard.edu):
- Log into the Harvard Alumni Community. This will bring you to your profile.
- Select “Email Forwarding” in the menu on the left.
- Follow the directions on this “Email Forwarding” page to set up your email, then click “Save.”
*Note: You are creating a forwarding account to a personal email address. This is not a new inbox.
If you do not wish to set up email forwarding, please update your profile to receive important updates regarding your alumni benefits.
