The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s 2014 Enterprising
Cities: Regulatory Climate Index assesses five areas of business
regulation that a typical small business encounters in order to
open and operate in 10 major cities across the United States. The
results are a barometer for the overall business environment and
point to areas where reform is needed.
The Foundation will present the report’s findings, followed by a panel discussion on what they mean for doing business.
