Jobs, Jobs, Jobs: The Role of Entrepreneurship in U.S. Competitiveness

How do you create jobs? – An in-depth look at regional economic policies that support growth and job creation Discussion with Karen Mills While the government shutdown dominates the news, it has taken the focus away from the far more important economic question of our time: how do we create good middle class jobs and keep our economic recovery going? This class will take an in depth look at the economic strategies that work on the ground. From access to capital to regional economic clusters and accelerators to the benefit of public/private partnerships, Mills will lead a discussion of the microeconomic policies that will help keep America competitive.
