Recognizing and Preventing Workplace Harassment

The Kennedy School is committed to supporting a healthy work environment. As a result, we have planned a session that will help us to identify healthy behavior in the workplace. Recognizing and Preventing Workplace HarassmentOpen to HKS StaffWednesday, February 6th from 12-2pmBell Hall, Belfer BuildingFacilitated by: Martha Deering, The Wellness Corporation Harassment in the workplace leads to a multitude of undesireable results. Low morale, reduced productivity, costly litigation... and the list goes one. This program is designed to help you to:

  • Recognize inappropriate/negative behaviors in the workplace
  • Understand the implact of these negative behaviors on the individual and the organization
  • Understand how complaints are handled and investigated in the organization
  • Identify tips to maintain safety in the workplace
  • Prevent harassment in the workplace
