Using Twitter Effectively, a Digital Communications Workshop with David Gerzof Richard, Professor of Media Relations, Social

This workshop, led by @DavidGerzof, will focus on understanding Twitter and how to effectively use the platform.
We will dive into setting up effective profiles, listing posts, engagement policies and campaigns. 

The workshop will teach you how to find the right people to follow, how to build your target audience and how to create an engaging Twitter channel.  We will explore how to develop a thriving Twitter network using content creation and sharing techniques including:

The 80/20 Rule, content calendaring, consistent voice, “share tactics”, Twitter search, and URL shorteners.

We will also cover what NOT to do when using Twitter.
