Explore research-based tools for how to communicate more effectively in The Science of Corresponding with Busy People with Todd Rogers, a behavioral scientist and Professor of Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School.

Todd Rogers is a behavioral scientist and professor of public policy at the Harvard Kennedy School. He is also faculty chair of the Behavioral Insights and Public Policy executive program. Prior to joining the faculty at HKS, he was founding Executive Director of the Analyst Institute. His work applies behavioral science insights and methods to understand important social challenges and to develop interventions to mitigate them.
