Together with HKS faculty members, staff, alumni, research center affiliates, and, most of all, your classmates, we help you “ask what you can do” to pursue a career that makes a difference in the world.
It was through OCA that I found my internship at the UN. I have significant experience in organizational design and change management, but never knew that I could use it to restructure peacekeeping missions around the world.
