Abstract

The article offers the author's insights on the call tactics of U.S. President Barack Obama on deploying troops in Afghanistan. He mentions the international cooperation from the British Department for International Development which gives funding to support the Afghanistan government and the bombarding of civilians that resulted to the death of five British soldiers. He also notes that an increase in partnership between the U.S. and Afghanistan can reduce the occurrence of civil war.
