Abstract
Prices are rising faster than wages in the US, and President Donald Trump’s policies are a key reason why. Now is the time for the Democratic Party to advance a credible and specific “affordability platform” that addresses the biggest culprits, from tariffs and energy prices to mass deportation of immigrants.
