Abstract
The article discusses about the 2015 Paris Agreement in which the rule was made for all countries to provide detailed information on their climate change control targets and submitting the progress reports for the set targets. It further discusses about the challenge of double counting same emission reduction as mentioned in the Article 6 of the Paris Agreement.
