How to Make America Safe: New Policies for National Security
2006
Abstract
In their presidential contest, President
George W. Bush and Senator
John Kerry agreed that the most
deadly danger facing the United
States is the possibility that terrorists
could obtain a nuclear bomb.
Fortunately, if effective action is
taken now, we have a good chance
to prevent such a catastrophe from
ever occurring.
