HKS Library Hours
Libraries & Democracy
The Libraries & Democracy Initiative aims to prepare the next generation of public leaders to take on urgent issues in collaboration with the most ubiquitous democratic infrastructure available: our public libraries.
Through training and engaged scholarship, students and practitioners will prepare to leverage and appropriately resource the libraries in their communities to strengthen civic life, build bridges across difference, and foster in community members the tools to navigate a complex information ecosystem.
