MBA/MPP Curriculum

The MBA/MPP is a three-year program that combines the core curricula of the Harvard Business School MBA and the HKS MPP or MPA/ID with a wide range of elective options from both schools.

The curriculum includes three courses that are exclusive for students in these two programs: the HBS/HKS Joint Degree Seminar (year 1 and 2); the Business-Government Integrative Course (year 3 Fall); and the Capstone Exercise (year 3 Spring). Participants complement their required and elective studies with two summer internships: either a policy-related or international development-related internship in the first summer, and a business-related internship in the second summer.
